Gustavo Angel Martinez Jr., 21, of Newport departed this life on Friday, September 23, 2022. He was born July 5, 2001 in Queretaro, Mexico to Gustavo Sr. and Maricela Bello Martinez.
Gustavo enjoyed four-wheeler riding and hanging out with his friends. He loved his family and his pick-up truck.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Eulogia and Elodiay (Centeno) Martinez; his uncle, Eulogia Martinez Jr.
He is survived by his parents, Gustavo Sr. and Maricela (Bello) Martinez of Shoffner; his maternal grandparents, Pablo Bello and Curman Modrgon of Mexico; his brothers, Morgan Martinez of Shoffner and Johnathon Martinez of Shoffner; his uncles, Jaime Martinez (Rosalba) of Newport, Octavio Martinez (Pilar) of Newport, Jose Martinez (Maricrus) of Newport, Martin Martinez (Deloris) of Shoffner; Aunts, Olga (Eladio) of Newport, Micaeia (Jose) of Mexico, Norma Bello of Mexico, Patisia Bello of Mexico and Silvia Bello of Mexico.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church in Newport. Visitation will be from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel.
