B.D. Slaton, Jr., 75, of Mountain View, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 in Mountain View, Arkansas. Mr. Slaton was born on Tuesday, October 15, 1946 in Tyler, Texas to the late B.D. Slaton, Sr. and Bertha Gibson Slaton.
B. D. served our country in the United States Air Force for four years. He loved living in the mountains, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and John Deere tractors. B.D. was a loving and caring person who loved his family very much.
Left to cherish his memory are; his loving wife Donna M. Slaton; three daughters, Hollie D. Slaton, Theresa LaFleur Wilson (Steve), Lisa LaFleur Cardenas (Jesse); two grandchildren, ShapHan D. LaFleur, Taylor Pepper; two great-grandchildren, Ethan LaFleur, Emma LaFleur and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Mr. Slaton is preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Debbie Hilton.
Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, October 17, 2022 at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas. Visitation will be one hour prior. Interment will follow at Sunnyland Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.
