Auddie Deyvon Prine, 80, of Newport departed this life on Sunday, December 25, 2022. He was born July 23, 1942, to Auddie Auther and Naomi Inez (Nicholson) Prine.
Auddie was of the Baptist belief. He enjoyed being out on the water fishing. He also enjoyed being in the woods deer hunting or coon hunting. He had a yearly tradition of planting his vegetable garden each spring. Auddie loved his family dearly and enjoyed any time spent with them.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 34 years, Judy Prine; his son, Auddie Prine; his brothers, Bill Barnett, Jack Prine, Donnie Prine and Ronnie Prine.
He is survived by his sons, Bill Prine (Trish) of McCrory and Steven (Melissa) Prine of Tuckerman; his sister, Betty Fisher of Newport; his cousin James Prine (Stephanie) Prine of Pangburn; his grandchildren, Justin Fortune of Cabot, Matthew Prine of McCrory, Jordan Prine of Newport, Madison Prine of Newport, Blaine Hartsell of Tuckerman, Jaci Hartsell of Tuckerman, Morgan Farfan of Indianna, Brianna Eads of Velvet Ridge, Ivy Dias of Pangburn, Jon Prine of Heber, Jordan Prine of Pangburn and Katherine Ward of Jacksonport and several great-grandchildren.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are: Mike Prine, Mitchell Fisher, James Prine, Jeff Bagwell, Jimbo Eddington and Bobby Reid.
Service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Watson Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 28th from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
