White River Health now has an after hours walk-in clinic in Batesville.
White River Health Family Care, located at 1215 Sidney St., Suite 300 in Batesville, began offering after hours care on Jan. 3. The clinic extended hours Monday through Friday until 11 p.m. No after hour appointments are necessary, and walk-ins are welcome after 5 p.m.
Melinda “Sissy” Ford (pictured), APRN, will be the family medicine provider. Ford completed a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurse Credentialing Center. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Ford provides healthcare to patients of all ages.
In a release announcing the opening, White River Health said Ford “…is dedicated to providing quality care to patients, as well as maintaining direct communication with patients and the healthcare community.”
Drs. Julia Allen, Dylan Estes, David Fielder, William Waldrip, and APRN Robin Kerr see patients by appointment Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. For more information or to make an appointment, call (870) 793-1126.
