Chelsey Elizabeth (Foster) Ball finally answered God’s call, on Monday, February 6th, 2023. In true “Chelsey” fashion, it came as no surprise that even God, himself, had to call many times before she answered.
Chelsey was born in Newport, Ar. on March 8th, 1992. As the firstborn to David Foster (Father), she shared many of his features including her beautiful brown eyes. The role of “mother” was shared by many, Cindy (Drennin) Pelkey (former stepmother), and most importantly Ann (Davis) Foster (Grandmother) who devotes her life to her family.
Chelsey will be remembered in this life by her beautiful daughter, Maylie Elizabeth Gates. Paulette Beers (Nana), Her sisters Wednesday Foster (Maddy), Emily (Foster) Coe, Hannah (Jungers) Fears, Morgan Jungers, and former step sisters Ashley (Raby) Browning, and Kailie (Lewis) Fortune, as well as her former step-brother, Austin Lewis. Her niece and nephews, Lakyn, Abrahm and Ezra who were the children of Emily. Her cousins, Heaven (Foster) Onstead, Brittney (Foster) Glore, Monica (Foster) Barnes, Samantha (Foster) Mueller, Amy (Pratt) Reynolds, Xavier Foster, Carson Dobbs, and Jaxson Dobbs. Her aunts Lisa (Foster) Dobbs, Kim (Beers) Mabry, great aunt Sandra Corbit. As well as Diana (biological mother). And many more family and friends, too many to list. Including her classmates and teachers, as a THS Alumni (Class of ‘10).
She was greeted in her departure by her precious nephew Greyson Reign. Papa, Lester Foster and Uncles Steven Foster and Craig Davis, cousin Corky Blankenship, as well as her former step-sister and friend, Leslie Lewis.
Chelsey was a beacon of light to anyone she met and knew no strangers. Her kind soul, spunky personality, and loving demeanor will be cherished by so many. She had made countless friendships in her short 30 years of life, and she was proud to be called family by most. Her daughter, Maylie, was her greatest accomplishment and she’ll be excited to share the best part of her with her family and friends; her legacy shines through her May May.
