The Adventure First Travel Club of First Community Bank will keep “The Big Apple” alive with the holiday spirit during a tour of New York City on Dec. 11 through Dec. 15.

A preview presentation for this “Spotlight on New York City Holiday” tour will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, in the George Rider Room of the First Community Bank headquarters building at 1325 Harrison St. in Batesville.

“From Rockefeller Center to Greenwich Village, New York City shines even brighter during the holiday season,” said Dale Cole, chairman and CEO of First Community Bank. “Our Travel Club members and their guests will spend four nights in the heart of Midtown, close to Central Park’s skating rink, and experience Times Square all dressed up for the holidays.”

According to a release from the bank, “Travelers will watch the curtain rise for an exciting Broadway show of their choice, plus they will enjoy the ‘Christmas Spectacular’ at Radio City Music Hall, starring the world-famous Rockettes.

The group will ferry to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, see the Empire State Building and Central Park, visit the 9/11 Museum and 9/11 Memorial, and more.

Plenty of free time will allow them to shop on their own, and view the elaborate Fifth Avenue holiday window displays and the famous Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center.”

Learn more about the tour at the preview party on April 25. The cost is $3,099 per person, based on double occupancy.  Single reservations are available for $3,999 per person. And “triple” reservations (three to a room) are available for $3,069 per person.  The discounted prices, which are available until July 11, include roundtrip airfare, hotel rooms, attractions, five meals during the tour, and motorcoach transportation between Batesville and Little Rock Regional Airport.
