William Everett Campbell, Jr., 93, of Batesville passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
William was born October 10, 1929, in Strawberry, Arkansas to William E. Campbell and Pauline (Wallace) Campbell.
William was a member of West Baptist Church. He served in the Air Force and later became the owner of Campbell Oil Company; which he started with his late wife, Mary.
He is survived by one son, William Craig Campbell (Linda) of Strawberry; two daughters, Denise Magness (Chris) of Magness, Vicki Holt (Bruce) of Conway; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
William is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Ruth Campbell.
His grandchildren serving as honorary pallbearers are Brandon Magness, Stefanie Vann, Kyle Magness and Courtney Magness.
