Ronald Peter Chaisson, 75, of Mountain View, Arkansas, went to sleep on this earth and woke up in heaven on May 9th, 2023, at his home.
He was born January 4th, 1948, in New Orleans, Louisiana to Walter Joseph and Lucielle (Argence) Chaisson.
Ronald was of the Baptist faith and a devoted member of the Arbanna Baptist Church. For three years, Ronald served in the United States Navy, during the Vietnam War, as a IC’3. He was a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a former resident of Bartlett, Tennessee. Ronald worked for the AT&T phone company for many years prior to retirement.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and spending time with his church family every chance he had. He was loved by many people and will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, of fifty-one years, Pam (Bowman) Chaisson; one son, Nicholas Paul Chaisson (Rachel) of Petal, Mississippi; two grandchildren, Olivia Lee Chaisson and Even Pierre Chaisson both of Petal, Mississippi; two brothers, Sidney Anderson of New Orleans, Louisiana and Robert Chaisson of Kenner, Louisiana. Ronald is also survived by other family members, church family, and friends.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Lucielle Chaisson; one daughter, Jessica Lee Chaisson.
A memorial service visitation will be held Friday, May 12th, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm, at the Arbanna Baptist Church (Fellowship Hall). A memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm with Brother Jim Chandler officiating the service.
