Stella Mae (Vincent) Honey departed this life on Friday, May 12, 2023, at the age of 92. She was born November 15, 1930, in Algoa, Arkansas, the daughter of Harry Crawford and Pearl (Buchannan) Vincent.
Stella was a graduate of Beedeville High School. She worked at Goodyear during the Korean War making tank parts she later worked at Hurley’s Gin for a few years. She was a homemaker and enjoyed baking and reading. She was a faithful church member of the Algoa Church of Christ.
Mrs. Honey was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben Honey; her sons, Kevin Vincent Honey and Infant Robin Lynn Honey; one brother, Dale Vincent; and her parents.
She is survived by one cousin, Rosemary Fugate of Noblesville, Indiana; many nieces and nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Jeff Honey, Ty Honey, Chris Howard, Tony Johnson, Sean Buford, and Ricky White.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Memory Garden Cemetery at Johnstown, with Mr. David Howard officiating.
