A Missouri man has died after a one-vehicle accident in Jackson County Wednesday night.
According to the Arkansas State Police, Nathan A. Spears, 34, of Piedmont, Mo., was killed when the southbound Chevrolet Tahoe he was driving crossed the centerline of Arkansas Highway 367 at Lighthouse Drive, left the roadway, and then overturned multiple times.
A passenger in the Tahoe was injured and taken to White River Medical Center in Batesville.
State police say the weather was clear, and the road was dry at the time of the accident, which was listed as 8:40 p.m.
