Citizens Bank has been named one of the 2023 “Best Places to Work” by Arkansas Business. This is the fifth time the bank, headquartered in Batesville, has received this honor.
“To be recognized multiple times in this way exemplifies a commitment to our People First mission and a commitment to the communities we serve,” said Adam Mitchell, president and CEO of Citizens Bank.
In its 11th year, Arkansas Business continues to offer this program in partnership with Workforce Research Group. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Arkansas, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses.
In a release announcing the recognition, Citizens Bank said, “…unique associate recognition programs, commitment to professional development and investment in a variety of benefits, sets the bank apart as a great place to work. Taking care of its associates and their communities is a core tenant of the bank’s culture.
