Peggy (Hillman) Brown, 86, of Wynne, Arkansas departed this life July 9, 2023, at Des Arc Nursing & Rehab Center in Des Arc, Arkansas. Peggy was born November 23, 1936, in Philadelphia, Mississippi the daughter of William and Hattie Lue (Jolly) Hillman. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Elbert Lee Brown (12/8/07), one son, Johney Moler, one step-son, Delbert Brown, two daughters: Linda Moler and Patricia Emmons, one grandchild, one great-grandchild, and several brothers and sisters. Peggy is survived by four sons: David Moler of Belzoni, Mississippi, Buck Moler of Wynne, Arkansas, Billy Moler of Memphis, Tennessee, and Brian Brown of Wynne, Arkansas, four daughters: Gloria Simpson of Wynne, Arkansas, Sue Hawkins of Pearl, Mississippi, Judy Moler of Monroe, LA, and Martha Bevell of Brinkley, AR, three step-daughters: Mary Britt of Pocahontas, Arkansas, Michelle Webb of Lake City, Arkansas, Daisy Wilson of Eldorado, Arkansas, one brother, Curtis Hillman and one sister, Ethlene Vabb of Carthage, Mississippi, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at Jackson’s Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisburg at 12:00 for family and 1:00 P. M. for friends until service time. Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 P. M. in the chapel. Interment will follow at Holly Springs Cemetery. These men will serve as active pallbearers: Bubba Bevell, Kenny Ballard, Thomas Climer, Danny Vance, Jason Vance Michael Simmons, and Jeffery Ortiz.
