Ms. Renee (Smith) Kieffer of Waldenburg, Arkansas, departed this life on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at the age of 51. She was born March 20, 1972 in Newport, the daughter of Clarence William, Sr., and Juanita (Jackson) Smith.
Renee was a 1990 graduate of Weiner High School. She owned and operated Treasures Flea Market and clothing store and was a member of Hickory Ridge Church of Christ.
Renee enjoyed going to flea markets, antique stores, and yard sales. She liked being on Greer’s Ferry Lake, and loved her animals. Renee was an active member of her community, once being voted Rice Festival Woman of the Year.
She was a daddy’s girl, who took pride in helping her parents anytime she could. Renee especially loved her children, spending countless hours coaching their teams, and spending time with them. She had a mother’s heart, raising her children and those in her community. You never saw her without a carload of kids.
Renee was a wonderful cook who always drew a house full of family and friends with her meals. She just didn’t know how to cook for only a few people.
Of all the joy in her life, being a Mimi was her greatest adventure.
Renee was preceded in death by her father, Clarence William Smith, Sr.
