A bomb threat briefly closed the Batesville Walgreens over the weekend.
A Batesville Police Department official tells White River Now’s Gary Bridgman an investigation is underway after officers were called to the Walgreens at St. Louis and Harrison Streets on Sunday regarding a threat the store had received.
Reports on social media indicated the store was locked down for a period of time, but ultimately, no threat was discovered.
