Lloyd “Bub” Kent Tosh, 39, passed away on August 11, 2023. He was born in Batesville, Arkansas, on May 20, 1984, to Kenneth and Cindy Tosh.
Bub was kind, outgoing, and funny. He loved to make people laugh, even if he laughed at his own jokes more than they did. Bub also loved riding his motorcycles and working on them, a pastime he enjoyed with his dad. He also enjoyed singing, listening to music, writing poetry, throwing knives, playing with his beloved dog Kane, hosting cookouts for friends and family, and golfing, even if he wasn’t very good at it. But most of all, he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially his children. Bub was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend whose memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of those who loved him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Kenny Tosh; grandparents, AK and Joyce Johnson; grandfather, Gene Tosh; and grandmother, Phyllis Piscano. He is survived by his mother, Cindy Tosh of Batesville; wife, Devin Scott Tosh of Manila, Arkansas; sons, Jaylon Blanton of Batesville, Arkansas, Evan Tosh of Batesville, Arkansas, and Riley Tosh of Manila, Arkansas; daughters, Katrina Tosh of Batesville, Arkansas, Harmony Jackson of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Audrey Tosh of Manila, Arkansas, and Miley Carter of Batesville, Arkansas; sister, Amanda Pearson (Cody) of Fisher, Arkansas; girlfriend, Shana Brokaw of Batesville, Arkansas; granddaughter, Delilah Blanton; nephews, Ian Clemons and Ben Pearson; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
