Judy Jean May, 77, of Mountain View, Arkansas, passed away August 12th, 2023, at her home, surrounded by her loving friends. She was born December 18th, 1945, in Jefferson City, Missouri.
Judy was a devoted Christian and of the Baptist faith. She was a faithful member of the Mount Joy Church. More than anything, Judy enjoyed going to church, singing, and reading her bible. She also loved her dogs: Brownie, Poppy, Spotty, Little Charlie, and Nola. She enjoyed working in the flower beds, coloring, fishing, and riding her scooter around town. Judy had a loving heart and a smile that could light up a room. She was always known for helping others, no matter what the need was. She was loved by many people and will be greatly missed.
Judy is survived by her church family and close friends whom she loved dearly.
Judy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles H. May.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, August 16th, 2023 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at the Mountain View Funeral Service Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm. Brother Truman Bullard will officiate the service. Interment will take place at the Mount Joy Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Lonnie Baker, Will Steiger, Shawn Steiger, Allen Begner, Everett Burns, and Carl Odum.
Honorary Pallbearers are the men of Mount Joy Church.
