Jeanne Duveneck, 70, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Friday, August 25, 2023, at the Springs of Batesville in Batesville, Arkansas. Jeanne was born on October 2, 1952, in Kenosha, Wisconsin to the late Clarence W. and Ruby Marie (Cameron) Hansen. Jeanne was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed many things in her life. Jeanne was a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan and was always dressed in green and yellow for the games. Jeanne loved all animals and her pets, especially her granddog, Dakota; she loved planting flowers, crafts and gardening. In addition to those hobbies, Jeanne loved sitting on the deck listening to Rod Stewart, history reenactments, genealogy, ancestry, driving around looking at historical burial monuments and Facebook. Jeanne’s family and friends will remember her as headstrong, well put together, organized and someone who had the biggest heart. She will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
Jeanne is survived by her brother, Randy Hansen and wife, Sue; nieces, Julie Hansen and her child, Ashley Brockman and Cynthia Jensen and husband, Erik and their child, Kaj Jensen; nephew, Peter Hansen; dear friend, Jessie Brewer who Jeanne taught to be organized and they also loved going to Wal-Mart together, driving around looking at snow, planting flowers and talking about life.
Jeanne is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence W. and Ruby Marie (Cameron) Hansen and her beloved husband of 46 years, Emil Duveneck.
A memorial service will take place at a later date.
