Donna Mae Qualls Goddard, 81, of Sidney, Arkansas passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 in Batesville, Arkansas. She was born August 29, 1942 in Batesville, Arkansas to Don and Bernell (Croft) Cole. She was a CNA at the Sharp County Nursing Home for several years. She also worked at Townsends of Arkansas as a sanitation worker and she was of the Baptist faith. She loved Dr. Pepper, Tunica, her cat, “Kat” and her dog, “Jo Jo.” She also enjoyed cutting up.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her sons, Joey Qualls (Rachell) of Cave City, Arkansas and Jermey Qualls (Ivy) of Cleveland, Alabama; her two daughters, Kim Arnold (Chris) of Sidney, Arkansas and Dedra Thompson of Cave City, Arkansas; one brother, Sonny Cole (Faye) of Needmore, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Robert Hutchison officiating. Burial will follow in the Yeager Cemetery with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Visitation will be September 21, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be John Wolf, David Croft, Pat Shell, Zachary Qualls, Trey Thompson and Caleb Qualls.
Honorary pallbearers are Joe Don Qualls, Brandon Qualls, Arron Satterwhite, Rob Smith, Chris Watkins and Josh Landers.
