Citizens Bank has announced the promotion of Khaki Minick to assistant vice president, branch manager and commercial lender in the Mountain View market.

Minick (pictured) previously served as retail branch manager. Her new responsibilities will include managing commercial lending, community outreach, and engagement while continuing to oversee branch operations.

“I am extremely proud of Khaki and excited to see her expand her role,” said Micah Beard, EVP, regional president of Citizens Bank. “She embodies the bank’s ‘People First’ culture with her leadership and commitment to Mountain View and the surrounding area.”

Minick graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Arkansas Tech University in 2016, though her career in banking began in 2011. She joined Citizens Bank in 2017 and is a Citizens Bank Certified Financial Coach as well as the retail communications team. In a release announcing her promotion, the bank said Minick reflects the bank’s dedication to developing talent and providing associates with opportunities to enhance their skill sets.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the community and our customers in a new way,” said Minick. “Supporting and interacting with our customers has always been the best part of working here for me, so I couldn’t be happier about this new role.”

A Mountain View native, Minick serves on the board of directors for the Arkansas Craft School and White River Area Agency on Aging. She and her husband Aman are also co-leaders of the AWANA Wednesday night program at First Baptist Church in Mountain View. Together, they have four children and three grandchildren.
