The Ozarka College Foundation recently hosted The Fall Concert, at Ozarka College’s Mountain View campus on Saturday, October 7.

The concert featured musicians Brad Apple, Tim Crouch, Danny Dozier, Ken Loggains, Crystal McCool, Gary Rounds, and Pam Setser.

The group of musicians highlighted the fiddle, guitar, upright bass, mountain dulcimer, mandolin, percussion, spoons, and great vocals.

Prior to the show, approximately 85 guests enjoyed a BBQ dinner prepared by Brent Howard, Ozarka Foundation board member. Then, everyone moved into the Kenneth and Janice Sutton Lecture Hall for a two-hour performance by the musicians.

The annual fundraiser is made possible each year by donations from area sponsors such as presenting sponsors Raney Recording Studio, Lee Ann Thomas – Remax Edge Realty, Tim Wilson – Stone County Farm Bureau, and White River Health, as well as a whole host of event sponsors from the Stone County community.

“Our community support continually makes this event the great success it is today, ” said Kim Lovelace, Mountain View campus director. “We look forward to next year’s event with excitement as the community continues to support our students through these important and fun-filled events.”
