Rickey Dale, 68, of Batesville, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023.
He was born September 6, 1955, in Batesville to Burton and Betty (Smart) Dale.
Rickey was a member of Maple Springs Missionary Baptist Church and worked at Big Red’s Retreads and other tire shops. He was a people person who loved to have fun and always wanted to help people. Rickey loved his dog, Roscoe, going camping, riding his side-by-side and listening to the police scanner.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki (Slater) Dale of the home; three sons, Randy Dale of Sherwood, Robbie Dale of Cabot, Christopher Dale of Sherwood; one daughter, Shelby Dale of Hot Springs; six brothers, Kevin Walls, Danny Walls, Mark Walls, Blaine Walls, Terry Walls, Greg Walls; one sister, Sarah Frazier; ten grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Jerry McGee; one brother, Ronnie Dale and one sister, Cheryl Frazier.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
