Curtis Gene Partee, 85, of Batesville, departed this life on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. He was born in Mountain View, Arkansas on March 2, 1938, to Logan Williams and Mottie Kathlene Lancaster. During his working years, he was a heavy equipment operator and farmed. He was of the Baptist faith.
He and Lois Margarette Guynes Partee were married on January 22, 1955, in Moro, Arkansas and enjoyed over sixty-eight years of marriage. They enjoyed living on the farm and working with cattle.
Curtis is survived by his loving wife, Lois, of the home; his sons, Robert “Bob” Partee, of Batesville, and Thomas Partee, of Salado; his daughters, Pam Partee, of Mountain View, and Diane (Barry) Kirkland, of Malvern, Arkansas; his brothers, Howard Partee, of Marion, and Jerry Partee, of Mountain View; his sisters, Mary Stigall, Betty Cates, and Kay Woody, all of Mountain View; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nephews; nieces; and friends.
