Mr. Okley Ray Cooper, 76 of Fisher, Arkansas departed this life on Sunday ~ October 29, 2023, at his residence in Fisher, Arkansas. He was born July 7, 1947, in Harrisburg, Arkansas the son of Earl and Ellen (Maddox) Cooper. His parents have preceded him in death and three brothers: Laverne, David, and Donald Lee Cooper. Ray was a farmer most of his adult life and also worked as a Barber. He is survived by three sons: Terry Crae Cooper, Oakley Randon Cooper, and Bart Durrell Cooper, one sister, Anita Block of Brookland, and 5 grandchildren. Cremation has been chosen as the final disposition. The family will announce a Memorial Service at a later time. Arrangements are by Jackson’s Funeral Home.
