Donald Edward Moffitt, 71, of Jonesboro, Arkansas formerly of Trumann departed this life on Saturday ~ November 4, 2023, at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House, Arkansas. He was born August 13, 1952, in Jonesboro, Arkansas the son of James Edward and Eugenia Jackie (Alsup) Moffitt. His parents preceded him in death. He was an avid Razorback fan, and loved his family, his pets and almost every animal he saw anywhere. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Moffitt of Jonesboro, two step-daughters: Briana Jones of Trumann, Arkansas and Vanessa Panhorst of Paragould, Arkansas, one sister, Sandra Kay Melton (Dale) of Campbell, Missouri, 6 grandchildren, one nephew, Jason (Dawn) Vaughn also of Trumann and one brother-in-law, Greg (Karen) Wallace of Harrisburg, Arkansas. Memorial Service will be Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Lunsford Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. in Lake City, Arkansas.
