A holding company specializing in investing in and managing small to mid-sized businesses in various industries has acquired a regional electrical, plumbing, and heating and air company with locations across Arkansas.
Jonesboro-based Conner-Stewart Holdings announced its acquisition of Precise Heating, Air and Electrical, Inc. in a media release on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
“This strategic move represents a significant expansion for Conner-Stewart Holdings, allowing it to further expand its service offerings and maintain its commitment to delivering top-notch solutions to valued clients,” the release said.
“By bringing the expertise and established reputation of Precise Heating, Air, and Electrical on board, Conner-Stewart Holdings aims to amplify its capabilities in providing high-quality electrical, plumbing, heating, and air services. This will enable the holding company to offer an even more comprehensive suite of services, meeting the diverse needs of its clientele.”

Precise serves residents and businesses across Arkansas and Southern Missouri through its five offices throughout Arkansas, including Batesville.
