An 87-year-old Bald Knob man was killed in a one-vehicle accident on Highway 167 in rural White County Tuesday afternoon.
Billy Prewitt died after his northbound Buick left the highway, struck a culvert, and then came to rest in another roadside ditch.
According to the Arkansas State Police, the weather was clear, and the road condition was dry at the time of the accident, listed as 2:10 p.m.
