A rollover accident in rural Cleburne County early this morning has killed a Quitman man.
According to Arkansas State Police, Joseph Edward Applewhite, 45, died when the 2019 Razor he was driving north on North Sawmill Road left the roadway and overturned, ejecting him.
A passenger, identified as Jennifer Applewhite, 46, of Quitman, was injured in the accident and taken to Baptist Health Medical Center in Heber Springs.
State police said the road was dry and the weather was clear at the time of the accident, which was listed as 1:49 a.m.
