Shawn Tugwell Blue, 59, of Batesville passed away Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023, in Batesville. She was born
December 9, 1964, in Batesville to Hughes Andrew and Mary Ruth (Carpenter) Tugwell . She was a
beautician and a member of the West Baptist Church. Shawn was very artistic and was a God-loving
woman. She also enjoyed playing with her grandchildren, reading her Bible, cheerleading and modeling.
She had a very kind tender heart and loved her family very much.
She was preceded in death by her son, Bryan Andrew Moore.
Survivors include her parents; one son, Jordan Blue (Kristy) of Southside; two sisters, Stephanie Johnson
(Jerry) of Batesville and Andrea Potts of Batesville; four grandchildren, Kamryn Moore, Kaylin Moore,
Alexander Blue, Preslee Blue and a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 2:00 PM. at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville
with Bob Dailey officiating.
