He was born in Osceola, Arkansas on October 27, 1974, the son of Harvey Alvin Hamby Sr. and Joyce Ann (Crawford) Hamby Palmer and they preceded him in death. Harvey was also preceded by his Step-mom, Mary Dennis. He is a member of Broadway Avenue Missionary Baptist Church in Bay, Arkansas. He loved life and loved to laugh. He enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and church family. Harvey wasn’t afraid of hard work, always willing to lend a helping hand. He especially enjoyed ‶supervising″ Shorty and Shelia and Beth while they worked. He was loved by many and will be missed by all, but thankfully we will see him again on that glad reunion day!
