The Southside Volunteer Fire Department was on the scene of a fire near Southside Middle School Wednesday morning.
According to the department’s Facebook page, crews were called to a vehicle fire on Kari Brook Lane around 7:42 a.m. Before arriving on site, the units were advised the blaze was also a shop fire.
No injuries were reported. The shop was a total loss.
