Becky Heath has been promoted to Vice President, Network Support Technician at FNBC, according to Amber Sharp, the bank’s chief innovation officer.
In her role, Heath is responsible for administering FNBC’s networks, and developing, testing, recommending, and implementing new IT systems and processes.
“Becky is highly respected and admired by all of our Community Bankers,” said Sharp. “Her customers are our employees, and she always goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. Becky always ensures our internal and external customers are well taken care of.”
Heath began her career at FNBC in 1990 as a proof operator before joining the IT team in 1992. She has served as an Information Technology Supervisor and most recently was the Assistant Vice President, Network Tech Support.
A graduate of Williford High School, Heath earned her degree from Black River Vocational College. She has completed a variety of computer courses at Arkansas State University, Complete Computing, and through the Novell Education Program. She has also earned her General Banking Diploma from the American Institute of Banking.
Heath resides in Poughkeepsie and enjoys spending time with her significant other, Dan Melbourne, and her son, Justin.
