Tommy Randel Prickett of Batesville, AR, died on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at the age of 73. Tommy was born on November 8, 1950, in Sulphur Rock, AR, to the late V.C. Prickett and Esther (Prichard) Prickett. Tommy graduated from Batesville High School, Class of 1971, and went on to serve his country honorably in the United States Air Force. He drove delivery trucks for several years and was very proud of the fact that he had visited every one of the 48 contiguous states. He also delivered locally for Clinic Drug Store for a while. He loved to go fishing, play the scratch-off lottery, watch baseball (especially the St. Louis Cardinals), and was an avid fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, especially hanging out with his crew of friends at Hardee’s. He was a fun-loving man with a good spirit and loved his family very much. He will be dearly missed and forever loved by those who were blessed to know him.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents; his son, Phillip Prickett; and his nephew, Bobby Prickett. He is survived by his sister, Mary Lafate Ballard; his granddaughters, Cerise Kepich (Charles) and Maya Prickett; his great-granddaughter, Catalina Kepich; his nieces, Teresa Staggs (Steve) and Debra Keeling (Mike); and many extended family members and friends.

Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville, AR, and will be on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 2 p.m.
