James Madison “Jim” Teague, 54, departed this life Thursday, April 11, 2024, at St. Bernard Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born in Osceola, Arkansas on May 31, 1969, the son of Braxton Lee and Evie Sue (Ellison)Teague and they preceded him in death. James was a Master Plumber and worked for Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. He married Jordan on February 24, 2013, and they have enjoyed eleven years together. He enjoyed playing guitar, and music, and spending time with family and friends. James served his country by serving in the United States Army. He adored his three puppies: Mellow, Jefferson, and Clyde. He is survived by his wife Jordan of the home in Jonesboro, one son, Jackson Teague of Jonesboro, and three sisters: Christie Willbanks of Arkansas, Susie Stepp of Louisiana, and June Carlee Chester of Florida. Visitation will be Monday ~ April 15, 2024, from 1:00 P.M. until Service Time. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 P.M. at Jackson’s Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Derrick Followell conducting the service. These men will serve as Active Pallbearers: David Teague, Craig Teague, Scott Teague, Jeb Bass, Eric Russell, and Todd Hinton. Honorary Pallbearers are Jerry Evett, Justin Morgan, and Patrick England. The interment will be in Willis Cemetery.
