Citizens Bank recently announced the promotions of two long-time team members, Kim Moore and Julie Warden, to retail branch manager and assistant vice president — retail branch manager, respectively.

According to a press release from the bank, Moore (pictured above, right) previously served as the assistant retail manager at the Imboden branch location.

Moore will oversee Imboden’s branch operations and community project involvement in her new role.

Her extensive family ties and deep roots in the community underscore her commitment to serving the people of Imboden, the release said.

“Moore’s passion for her community and her pledge to provide the best customer service reflects the core values of Citizens Bank,” the bank noted in the release.

“Educated in our local schools and an active member of our church, I am proud to be a lifelong member of this community,” said Moore. “My affection for our town and its residents is boundless, and it is with great enthusiasm that I embrace the opportunity to serve them. At our Imboden branch and as a team, we are committed to going above and beyond to support every customer’s needs.”

Moore attended Williams Baptist College, Arkansas State University, and Black River Technical College. As president of the Sloan-Hendrix Alumni Association, she has shown exemplary leadership and dedication to community service, the release said.

Moore and her husband, Rick, live in Ravenden.

Julie Warden (pictured above, left) steps into the role of assistant vice president “…bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from her previous position as retail branch manager and extensive tenure at the Pleasant Plains branch location. Warden’s involvement in the Leadership Batesville program and continued volunteer work demonstrates her strong dedication to community development.”

“I am thrilled about the opportunities my new role presents,” said Warden. “My passion for this community and our customers is at the heart of everything I do, and I am committed to supporting our school district. As I step into this new role, I am eager to continue fostering the relationships that make Citizens Bank different than other banks.”

Warden attended UACCB and is a graduate of the Leadership EDGE program. She joined Citizens Bank in 2006.

Warden and her husband, Corey, reside and raise their family in Floral. They have three children: Easton, a current student at Midland School District, and Hannah and Hayden, both Midland graduates. Warden is also an active grandmother to her granddaughter, Evelyn Davidson.

“Kim and Julie are two exemplary leaders who embody the essence of our People First Mission and G.R.E.A.T. Customer Service standards,” said Katherine Harris, VP, retail market manager. “Each has not only excelled in their professional roles but has also made significant contributions to their local communities and school districts. Their ability to connect with people and go above and beyond in their service is truly inspiring. These promotions are not just a step forward in their careers but also a reflection of the positive influence they have in our organization and the communities we serve.”
