Marion Ruth (Hiendselman) King, 75, of Harrisburg, Arkansas departed this life Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at St. Bernard Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born in Wynne, Arkansas on March 1, 1949, the daughter of Ralph and Jewel (Miller) Hiendselman and they have preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her husband, Charles Edward ‶Eddie″ King JR. Marion worked in the Public Service field as WIC Coordinator for the Arkansas Health Department. She enjoyed shopping online, collecting birdhouses, making chocolate chip pies, and really loved her dog, Mollie. Marion enjoyed spending time with her family and friends also. She graduated from Harrisburg High School with the class of 1967. She is survived by two sons: Jeremy McCommon of Wynne, Arkansas and Todd McCommon of Marion, Arkansas, one sister, Sandy Thomas of Ocala, Florida, six grandchildren: Brandon (Jibbles) Keeling, Mika McCommon Brewer, Andrew Keeling, Myla McCommon, Grant McCommon and Macie McCommon, and four great-grands: Emma Brewer, Corbin Brewer, Lillie Keeling, and Nash Owens Brewer. Visitation will be Friday, May 31, 2024, at Jackson’s Harrisburg Funeral Home Chapel from 1:00 P.M. until Service Time. Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel. Bro. James Langston will conduct the service. These will be honored to serve as Active Pallbearers: Dusty Brewer, Brandon King, Mike Wood, Keith Thomas, Colton Bush, and Cliff Thomas. The interment will be in Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery.
