Pamela Gale (Meeks) Powell of Grubbs, Arkansas, departed this life on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at the age of 64. She was born on August 24, 1959, in Newport, the daughter of Jack and Mavis (Lawson) Meeks.
Ms. Powell worked for Brown Jordan for many years. She enjoyed reading and taking care of her fur babies. She was a true friend and always willing to help.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Ulysses Dominic Wesley Rudd; infant sister, Peggy Sue Meeks; her paternal grandparents, Bud and Bonnie Meeks; and her maternal grandparents, Ugene and Gladys Lawson.
She is survived by two brothers, Mike Meeks and wife, Terrie, of Cash and Paul Meeks and wife, Debbie, of Tuckerman; five nieces, Starla Pry and husband, Phillip, of Cash, Micha Mays and husband, Clayton, of Jonesboro, Rachel Hembrey and husband, Marcus, of Tuckerman, Melody Meeks of Tuckerman, and Zoey Meeks of Tuckerman; her three fur babies, Honey, Katy, and Crackerjack; four great-nephews, Jacob, Gavin, Hayden, and Maddox; three great-nieces, Sydney, Emily, and Lexi; two great-great-nieces and one great-great-nephew on the way.
