Phillip Waters JR, 47 of Harrisburg, Arkansas departed this life Saturday, July 13, 2024, at St. Bernard Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Phillip was born November 22, 1977, in Jonesboro, Arkansas the son of Phillip Sr. and Catherine (Landsell) Waters. His parents have preceded him in death and one sister, Courtnee Henderson. He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Harrisburg and enjoyed fishing, rock hunting, arrowhead hunting and making jewelry, gardening, just being in the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by: two sons: Austyn Jones and Ryder Wheeler, six daughters: Gabrielle Foust, Kathryn Waters, Emileigh Waters, Bailee Lampkin, Charli Rae Hendrix, and Kaylee Waters-Mann, one brother, Dalton Waters, sister, Caitlyn Metleff, five grandchildren: Paisley Waters, Grayson Waters, Xaiver Waters, Cecilia Hernandez an Nour Hernandez, Mom, Lisa Wesner, Nana, Maxine Metleff, finance, Danielle Jones, and many friends and family members. Cremation has been chosen as the final disposition by the family, but a Memorial Service will be held at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Harrisburg, Arkansas Thursday, July 25, 2024. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. and the service will start at 6:00 P. M. led by Bro. Jason Goad. Arrangements are by Jackson’s Funeral Home.
