A Batesville financial institution has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Arkansas for 2024.
First Community Bank secured a spot on the Arkansas Business survey and awards program for the third consecutive year.

In its 12th year, Arkansas Business continues to offer the Best Places to Work in Arkansas in partnership with Workforce Research Group. This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Arkansas, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses.
The list comprises 50 companies.
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business, or government entity;
- Be a publicly or privately held business;
- Have a facility in Arkansas;
- Have at least 15 employees in Arkansas;
- Be in business a minimum of 1 year.
- Employers were asked to fill out an in-depth questionnaire about their company, while employees took a survey.
Honorees will be featured in a special supplement of Arkansas Business to be distributed on Sept. 23, 2024.
