Arlene (Hutchinson) Cunningham, 82, of Bartlett, Tennessee departed this life on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at her residence. Arlene was born January 11, 1942, in Murphy, Mississippi the daughter of George Washington Hutchinson and Annie Clyde McDonald.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Ivan and Annie Clyde Hutchinson, her husband, Ivan Cunningham, one daughter, Terrie Crump, and two brothers.
Arlene worked for several decades as Resident Manager at Frasier Manor Apartments. She enjoyed smoking, watching the Golden Girls, the Gaithers and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by two daughters: Melanie Taylor and Sherrie Busick both of Bartlett, Tennessee, two sisters: Peggy Kuykendall of Texas and Beverly Mayfield of Alabama, 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grands.
Funeral Service will be Friday ~ August 2, 2024, at Midway Church of Christ at 2:00 P.M. Visitation will begin at 1:00 and continue to Service Time. Mr. David Howard will conduct the service. The family will serve as Active Pallbearers.
The interment will be in Balch Johnson Cemetery. Arrangements are by Jackson’s Funeral Home.
