Seldon A. Davis, 79 of Harrisburg, Arkansas departed this life Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Woodbriar Nursing Home in Harrisburg, Arkansas. Seldon was born August 15, 1944, in Harrisburg, Arkansas the son of Bruce and Lollie (Kyle) Davis.
He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
Seldon was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, William Davis, six sisters: Ellen (Davis) Simmons, Mary Davis, Debbie (Davis) Easley, Barbara (Davis) Lacey, Gladys (Davis) Dalton, Ann (Davis) Chapman. Seldon worked at the Singer Plant in Trumann and was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Harrisburg.
He is survived by one daughter, Holly (Davis) Stuart in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and a host of nephews. Cremation has been chosen as the final disposition by the family.
His family will host a Memorial Service at a later date. Arrangements are by Jackson’s Funeral Home
