Farrell Wayne McDougal, 72, of Bradford passed from this life on August 21, 2024.  He was born on August 25, 1951, to Everett McDougal and Pauline (Nichols) Cantu.

He was a man of the outdoors, finding joy in hunting, fishing, and gardening. His love for nature was evident in the time he spent cultivating his garden and enjoying the serenity of the wilderness. As a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, he was deeply cherished by those who knew him. He was a man of strong convictions, known for his passion and willingness to argue his point, always standing firm in his beliefs. His family and friends will remember him for his steadfastness, his love for the outdoors, and the spirited discussions that were a hallmark of his character.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Brenda McDougal; and his brother, Everett McDougal.

He is survived by his sons, Johnny (Ambra) McDougal of Bradford, and Glenn (Deanna) McDougal of Bradford; his brothers, John McDougal of Cabot, and Michael Cantu of Cabot; and his grandchildren, Austin McDougal of Bradford, Riley McDougal of Bradford, and Jillian Easley (Cagen) of Newport.

Honorary pallbearers are Willie Yabanez, Jerry Lampton, Ray Phier, Tommy Walker, and Calvin McDougal.

Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday August 24th at Oakland Cemetery with Brother Cecil Walker officiating.
