A Baxter County man was arrested after Arkansas State Police allege he sent a threatening message to the state attorney general.
According to the Arkansas State Police (ASP), the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office requested assistance from the ASP criminal investigation division last month after a threatening message was sent to Attorney General Tim Griffin through his office’s Facebook Messenger account on July 26, 2024.
Based on the investigation, ASP agents obtained an arrest warrant for Jeffrey Roger Pyzocha, 39, of Flippin.
On Sept. 5, 2024, Pyzocha was taken into custody in Mountain Home and charged with first-degree terroristic threatening and transported to the Baxter County Detention Center.
His bond was set at $25,000.
