First Community Bank has announced the appointment of Sean Crim as the new branch manager of the Southside branch and the relocation of Kim Sours to serve as branch manager at the Eagle Mountain branch.

In a release announcing the appointments, the bank said the changes reflect the bank’s commitment to leveraging its team’s experience and strengths to better serve the community.

Crim, who joined First Community Bank in 2022, has quickly established himself as a dedicated and capable leader. He previously served as the backup head teller at the Main branch and most recently as the backup branch manager at the Southside branch.

With over two and a half years in banking and a decade in auditing, Crim is excited to lead the Southside team.

“I am extremely excited to take on this new role and to make Southside one of the best branches in the community,” Crim said. “I look forward to growing our branch along with the growth in the Southside community.”

Sours, assistant vice president, branch manager, returns to the Eagle Mountain branch where she began her career with First Community Bank in 2017. Sours has over 11 years of experience in the banking industry.

“Returning to the Eagle Mountain branch feels like coming home,” Sours said. “I believe in the strength of our team and am committed to providing a true community experience by giving my best, leading by example, and helping my team reach their fullest potential. Teamwork makes the dream work!”

Kenny Gerhardt, senior vice president, teller operations manager, praised both Crim and Sours for their dedication and leadership.

“Sean and Kim have shown exceptional commitment to First Community Bank’s values and mission. I am confident they will continue to drive success at their respective branches and contribute positively to our community,” said Gerhardt.

Crim, who has a large adopted family, enjoys movies, repairing things, and making people smile. He is actively involved in community outreach, including school banking programs and supporting a local disability living facility.

Sours resides locally with her husband, two daughters, and their Labrador, Lucky. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, attending concerts, and is passionate about community service, having contributed to various charitable causes.
