Shaw, who began his career at the bank in the marketing department from 2017 to 2020, transitioned to the facilities department in 2021. In a release announcing the promotion, the bank said Shaw will now take on a key leadership role in managing the bank’s facilities operations.
“I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity,” Shaw said. “First Community Bank has been such an important part of my life for the past several years, and I look forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of the team in this new role.”
Mandy Vaughan, senior vice president, special assets manager and lending, and Shaw’s supervisor, spoke highly of his dedication and work ethic.
“Kyler has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in every role he’s held at the bank,” Vaughan said. “His leadership, attention to detail, and positive attitude make him a valuable asset to our facilities team.”
