Kaycee Amir Phillips, born on September 18, 2024, left this world far too soon on October 9, 2024, at just three weeks old. Though his time on Earth was brief, he brought immense joy and love to those who had the privilege of knowing him. His sweet presence touched the hearts of his family, leaving behind cherished memories of his gentle spirit.
Kaycee is survived by his devoted mother, Ruby Phillips, who lovingly cared for him every moment of his short life. He will also be remembered by his older brother, Khalil Phillips, and his sister, Treu Phillips, who welcomed their baby brother with open hearts and will forever carry his memory with them.
Though his stay was short, Kaycee’s impact on his family will be everlasting. He will be missed dearly, but his family takes comfort in knowing that he is at peace. Rest in love, sweet Kaycee Amir. You will always be remembered in the hearts of those who love you.
Kaycee was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Jimmy Henderson, and Emmett Balentine; his great-grandmother, Peggy Phillips; his great-grandfather Robert Dinwiddie; his great-great-grandmother, Ruby Phillips.
He is also survived by his grandmothers, Gilda Henderson of Newport; Lesley Phillips, and Karen Pfeifer of Michigan; his great-grandmother, Lorice Dinwiddie; his aunt, Aaliyah Williams of North Little Rock; his uncle, James Griffin of Grady; and a host of cousins, aunts and uncles.
