First Community Bank has announced Jamie Moore’s promotion to assistant vice president, dealer direct lender.

In this role, Moore will be a key liaison between the bank and over 4,200 dealerships nationwide, helping to streamline financing for customers through the bank’s dealer direct program. This program enables dealers to offer flexible, on-the-spot financing solutions, ensuring that customers can quickly and conveniently secure loans at the dealership.

Moore brings years of banking experience and a strong customer service background to her new position. She will be instrumental in fostering relationships with dealerships nationwide and delivering customized financing options to meet customers’ needs, the bank said in a release.

“I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and I’m excited to continue doing that through the dealer direct program,” said Moore. “Being able to assist both dealerships and customers in finding the right financing solutions is something that really motivates me.”

Steve Wilcoxon, president of the dealer direct program, praised Moore’s dedication and capabilities.

“Jamie is an outstanding team member who consistently goes above and beyond for our clients and dealers,” said Wilcoxon. “Her passion for helping others, combined with her leadership and experience, makes her a perfect fit for this role, and I am confident she will continue to excel.”

First Community Bank’s dealer direct program offers specialized financing for manufacturers, including floor plans and retail financing. Since its start in 2005, the program has grown to service thousands of retail dealers nationwide by providing installment loans from $1,500 to $30,000 for tractors (up to 75hp), trailers, boats, power sports, motorcycles, lawn equipment, and farm equipment.
