Ann (Balentine) Sutton, 67, of Harrisburg, Arkansas departed this life Friday, November 1, 2024, at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Ann was born May 5, 1957, in Trumann, Arkansas, the daughter of Rufus Walter and Louedith (Faulkner) Balentine.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Rufus Walter Balentine and Lou Edith (Faulkner) Balentine, her husband, Billy Sutton, also four brothers: Lloyd Balentine, Ronnie “Joey” Balentine, Lonnie Balentine and Billy Frank Mink, 3 sisters: Betty Dunnam, Geneva Dunlap, and Marie Smith.
Ann was a homemaker, enjoyed playing Bingo and spending time with family and friends, especially Great-Grand, Luka.
She is survived by one son, Michael (Jill) Sloas of Paragould, one daughter, Misty (Jackie) Swindle of Elaine, 5 grandchildren: Kelsey (Blake) Sanders, Kristen Smith, Kinley Swindle, Zoe Sloas, and Ben Sloas, one great-grandson, Luka Sanders, one brother, Floyd Balentine of Conway, three sisters: Doris Long, Juantia Riddle, and Harriet Mathis all of Harrisburg, one step-son, Paul (LeAnna) Masters, one step-daughter, Jennifer Harris, and one best friend, Barb Castner.
Visitation will be Monday ~ November 4, 2024, at Jackson’s Funeral Home Chapel from 1:00 until service time. Funeral Service will be Monday ~ November 4, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel with Bro. Kenny Guy McMahan conducting the service. These men will serve as Active pallbearers: Timothy Pierce, Joey Long, Jason Mathis, Bobby Jo Lanfair, Pete Riley, and John Wallace. Honorary pallbearers will be: John Jennings, Joe Long, Jackie McClure and Tommy Mathis. The interment will be in Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Jackson’s Funeral Home.
