Kelly Otto Clark, 62, of Mountain View, Arkansas, passed away on November 25th, 2024, at White River Medical Center, in Batesville, Arkansas. He was born March 8th, 1962, in Mountain View, Arkansas, to Obia Ray and Odessia Myree (Prince) Clark.

Otto was a Christian and life-long founding member of the Souls Harbor Church in Mountain View. He loved going to church, singing in church, spending time with Sawyer, organizing family gatherings, and giving back to his community. For many years he worked for Walmart in Missouri and Arkansas. He was a bright light to all of us who loved him. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Otto was preceded in death by his parents, Obia and Odessia Clark; three brothers, LW Clark, Dallas Clark, and Elgie Clark; two nephews, Festus Clark and Tinker Clark; one niece, Trista Clark.

Left to cherish his memory is his four brothers, L J Clark, Melvin Clark, Obia (Melba) Clark, Tim (Mary) Clark; four sisters, Shellis McMahan, Patricia (Burt) Turner, Judy (Rick) Hill, and Maxine (Rick) Dearien; honorary grandson, Sawyer Clark. Otto is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and friends.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, November 27th, 2024, at the Mountain View Funeral Service Chapel from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am, with Brother Tim Clark, Brother Rusty Clark, and Brother Nathan Clark officiating. Interment will take place at Jones Bottom Cemetery, in Guion, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mountain View Funeral Service for funeral expenses.

Pallbearers will be Otto’s loving nephews.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Julian Gill, Steve Gill, and Tommy Fuller.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Mountain View Funeral Service.
