Dollye K. (Green) Lauber of Newark, Arkansas, departed this life on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at the age of 87. She was born December 7, 1937, in Santa Monica, California, the daughter of William and Alice (Cowles) Green Karnas.
Mrs. Lauber spent many years performing as a tightrope walker with the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus. She had a love for adventure and captivated an audience with her extraordinary skill and grace.
Mrs. Lauber enjoyed reading and working on crossword puzzles. She especially loved gardening and tending to her flowers. Mrs. Lauber was a very thoughtful woman and never missed sending her family and friends a card for their Birthday.
Mrs. Lauber is preceded in death by her husband, Fritz Lauber; one son, Steve Lombardi; two brothers, William Green and Robert Karnas; and her parents.
She is survived by her sons, Ty Nothdorft of Newark, Arkansas, Mitch Lombardi of Huntington Beach, California, and Chad Nothdorft of Aliso Viejo, California; her daughters, Ronette Patterson of Highland, California, Marie Osterberg of Newport Coast, California, Shelley Kae of Huntington Beach, California, and Desiree Fulop of Queen Creek, Arizona; a sister, April Carnivale, of Pittsboro, North Carolina; and many grand and great-grandchildren.
