A 19-year-old Marion man pleaded guilty Monday to second-degree murder in a 2024 block party shooting that left one dead and nine injured in Wynne.

According to Arkansas State Police, Tommie Frost received a 20-year sentence for murder and a concurrent 10-year term for firearm possession in Cross County Circuit Court.

The shooting occurred on April 13, 2024, near Williams Avenue and Martin Luther King Street in Wynne, killing 27-year-old Varian Campbell.

Nine others, aged 24 to 49, were injured, including two struck by vehicles.
